Nguyen Tien Sinh, Secretary of the Hamlet Party Cell and Head of the Fatherland Front Working Committee, reported that Khanh Chuc Doi has 162 households with 640 residents and no poor or near-poor families. The political system operates smoothly, and residents unite and comply with local and national policies.
In 2025, the hamlet continued to grow economically. It has 22.3 hectares of farmland with an average crop yield of 6.6 tons per hectare. Livestock remains stable with 55 cattle, 1,610 pigs, and 6,780 poultry.
The average income reached VND71 million (US$2,700) per person per year. All village roads have been upgraded, and environmental self-management models remain active.
Cultural life improved significantly. All weddings followed modern customs, and all funerals used cremation. Sports and cultural activities grew with active clubs.
About 93% of households earned "cultured family" recognition, 98.8% of residents joined health insurance, and children received full vaccination. The hamlet mobilized resources for humanitarian funds and charity programs.

Environmental protection received strong attention. Residents clean the environment every Saturday. About 92% of households use RO water, all households maintain hygienic restrooms, and 70 farms operate biogas systems. The hamlet planted 751 meters of flower beds and 35 trees and renovated long stretches of walls.
Public security remains stable with no crime, social issues, or traffic violations. Mediation efforts work well, families promote self-governance, and food safety is ensured during holidays. The hamlet strictly evaluates Party members living in the area, contributing to a stronger political system.
For 2026, the hamlet aims to further raise incomes, expand agricultural technology use, and develop livestock and services. It targets full school attendance, 100% cremation for funerals, and continued high rates of cultural-family recognition.
The local government will also push the "Bright – Green – Clean – Beautiful – Safe" movement and prepare for upcoming National Assembly and People's Council elections.
Speaking at the festival, Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc said he is touched at returning to Ba Vi, the land rich in culture and the heritage of the Muong, Dao, and Kinh communities.
