Vice Chairwoman Mai praised the strong efforts of the Party committee, authorities and people of Kieu Phu after four months as a newly established administrative unit.

Kieu Phu also implemented many social welfare programs, such as gifts for 1,387 policy households, 40 wheelchairs, 32 bicycles and over 2,300 trees and 3,000 meters of flower roads, creating a greener, more beautiful environment. Campaigns like "Green Sunday" and "Each household, one tree" have become community traditions.
Party Secretary and Chairman of the Commune People's Council Pham Quang Tuan affirmed: "Caring for housing for the poor is both a duty and a heartfelt responsibility. Each completed home is not just a shelter but a symbol of trust and unity between the Party, authorities and people."
Established on July 1, 2025, Kieu Phu Commune was formed from the merger of six administrative units, covering over 34 km² with nearly 61,000 residents.

As an agricultural area with many villages outside the Tich River dyke, local people still face difficulties, especially during floods. Mobilizing social resources to build houses for the disadvantaged is a practical effort that strengthens public trust in local authorities.
"Despite being newly established, Kieu Phu has quickly demonstrated strong organization and solidarity, reflected in numerous welfare projects—especially the 2025 housing program," Vice Chairwoman Mai said as she praised the effort of local authorities and people.
"Ther is a model worth replicating as it supports the city's goal of building exemplary new-style rural areas."
She also expressed gratitude to T&T Group and other benefactors for accompanying the local government in implementing social welfare programs and encouraged families receiving support to keep faith and optimism.
"Always believe in a brighter tomorrow. The Party, State and community stand with you. No one will be left behind on our shared path of development," Mai affirmed.
At the ceremony, T&T Group Deputy General Director Nguyen Ngoc Nghi stated that social responsibility is an integral part of the company's culture.
"We hope these 'Great Unity' houses will spark positive change, helping poor families stabilize their lives and contribute to local growth," he said.

Ther program not only demonstrates deep humanitarian values but also the determination of the entire political system to care for the people, strengthen solidarity and realize the spirit of "the Party for the people, the people trust the Party."
From these meaningful homes along the Tich River, the spirit of unity and compassion continues to spread, helping Hanoi achieve its goals of eradicating substandard housing, reducing poverty sustainably and building model rural and civilized urban areas.
