Within the framework of the program, the union's leaders evaluated the results of the past nine months and praised the associations for their active participation in activities promoting peace, friendship, solidarity, and cooperation.

Overview of the event.
In addition to annual friendly activities, significant commemorative programs were also highlighted, such as the 70th anniversary of the Capital's Liberation and the 25th anniversary of Hanoi being honored by UNESCO as a City of Peace. Many associations also contributed to the city's social welfare efforts.
Participants in the program shared valuable practical experiences in organizing peace and friendship activities, covering everything from planning to execution, while also striving to strengthen partnerships with embassies and international partners. Regarding efforts to mobilize foreign NGOs, many attendees suggested that the Union enhance training and guidance on developing aid mobilization programs, a proposal that was noted and will be considered by the Union's leadership.
This experience-sharing program serves as an opportunity to reflect on and assess the achievements and challenges faced in the people's diplomacy efforts in the capital over recent times. It also contributes to enhancing the operational capacity of member associations in the Asia-Pacific region, fostering innovative thinking and approaches, and identifying solutions to further elevate the image and status of the Union as well as the broader people's diplomacy efforts.
