The program was attended by Bui Huyen Mai, member of the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi, and Nguyen Manh Quyen, member of the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee.

Overview of the event.
Speaking at the event, Mai noted that since the Politburo launched the campaign "Vietnamese prioritise using made-in-Vietnam goods" in 2009, the movement has created clear change across society from awareness to behavior. Each Vietnamese product chosen by consumers reflects not only the intelligence and effort of businesses, but also the aspiration and resilience of the Vietnamese people.
Mai and Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen presented flowers and certificates of merit to units that actively participated in the program.
The year 2025 marks an important milestone as Hanoi officially adopts the two-level urban government model, which requires strong reforms in governance, socio-economic development and digital transformation. In this context, the campaign continues to play an important role in boosting production, strengthening public trust in Vietnamese goods and motivating businesses to enter the digital economy era.
One of the campaign's key activities is the voting program for "Vietnamese Products Loved by Consumers." The program has attracted strong interest from businesses and consumers in Hanoi and across the country, as well as from international visitors. It has helped promote the image of Hanoi and Vietnam as a destination for high-quality goods and services and has enhanced the position of Vietnamese brands in domestic and global markets.

Delegates at the event.
With close direction from the Party Committee, the People's Council and the People's Committee, along with strong coordination from departments and agencies and the active participation of the business community, the 2025 voting program has been implemented with discipline, professionalism and several improvements.
Building on previous achievements, the program has expanded the use of modern technology, upgraded the online voting platform and integrated AI features to monitor and prevent fraud. It also widened digital channels that connect with consumers. These steps contribute to a transparent and convenient digital consumption ecosystem that aligns with the country's digital-economy and digital-society goals.
After three months of implementation, the organizers received registrations from 124 businesses with 241 products and services. Total votes reached 548,326, an increase of 2.4 percent compared to 2024. Based on evaluations by the judging panel and consumer votes, the Steering Committee recognized 150 products and services for 2025, including 25 in Top 1, 35 in Top 2, 40 in Top 3 and 50 in Top 4. These results show growing public trust in Vietnamese goods and highlight the innovation and digital-transformation efforts of businesses.
Businesses whose products and services placed in Top 2 were honored at the event.
Over the years, the Steering Committee and various agencies and organizations have carried out many creative communication activities to bring Vietnamese goods closer to the public. These efforts have supported the formation of a Vietnamese-goods consumption culture and have created opportunities for businesses to expand production and contribute to Hanoi's growth. In the first nine months of 2025, Hanoi's GRDP increased by 7.92 percent compared to the same period.
To maintain the campaign's effectiveness, the Steering Committee called on Party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political groups to strengthen cooperation in communication, support businesses, reform administrative procedures, address production challenges and promote trade and market expansion.
Businesses honored in the program are encouraged to continue improving quality, developing and protecting their brands, accelerating digital transformation and expanding e-commerce. Consumers in Hanoi are encouraged to keep supporting Vietnamese goods and help build a sustainable consumption culture.
The 2025 ceremony honoring "Vietnamese Products Loved by Consumers" reaffirms its role as a key activity of the campaign "Vietnamese Prioritize Vietnamese Goods," contributing to domestic production, promoting Vietnamese brand values and strengthening consumer trust.
