In his opening remarks, Deputy Secretary of the Long Bien District Party Committee and Chairman of the Long Bien People's Committee, Nguyen Manh Ha, emphasized that the Cultural Heritage Exchange and Performance Program, themed "Linh Lang – Sacred Spirit Converges, Long Bien Shines", was held in conjunction with the ongoing traditional festivals at numerous historical sites dedicated to Linh Lang Dai Vuong across the country.
The event aimed to vividly reenact the legendary tale of Linh Lang Dai Vuong, showcase and promote the ancient ceremonial rituals of 13 sacred sites dedicated to the deity within the district, and present the unique "Shedding Serpent" dance, a highlight of the Truong Lam Communal House Festival.

Before the program began, the delegation of Hanoi officials carried out a incense offering ceremony at the Truong Lam Temple historical site.
The program sought to honor historical and cultural values, embodying the people's reverence in a sacred space and time while commemorating Long Bien's rich historical and cultural heritage, deeply intertwined with the heroic traditions of Thang Long – Hanoi.
According to Chairman Nguyen Manh Ha, this artistic program holds profound significance for the district, serving as a foundation for future scientific conferences and the official recognition of Linh Lang Dai Vuong worship as an intangible cultural heritage.
Additionally, it aims to elevate the festival to a district-wide cultural event, foster connections with 269 Linh Lang Dai Vuong worship sites nationwide, and broaden the reach of these historical and cultural values to diverse communities.
"This initiative aligns with Long Bien District's key objectives to preserve and promote intangible cultural heritage while fostering the growth of the cultural industry, as outlined in Resolution 09 of the Hanoi Party Committee," Chairman Nguyen Manh Ha emphasized.

The program was presented in a semi-realistic format, incorporating impressive 3D mapping technology. It consisted of three chapters: Chapter 1: "Linh Lang Dai Vuong – Supreme Deity of Blessings"; Chapter 2: "A Thousand Years of Heroic Spirit – The Flow of Heritage"; Chapter 3: "An Era of Rise – The Aspiration for Breakthrough"
Drawing inspiration from President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotism and emulation during his visit to Truong Lam Communal House 67 years ago, and with deep pride in Long Bien's storied legacy as a land of talent and virtue, Chairman Nguyen Manh Ha affirmed the district's unwavering commitment to innovation, unity, and creativity. He emphasized the collective determination of the District Party Committee, Government, and People to harness Long Bien's potential, confidently advancing into the new era and contributing to the development of Hanoi as a "Cultured, Civilized, and Modern" capital.

The program featured numerous outstanding artistic performances that left a lasting impression on the audience, such as: "Long Bien – Sacred Spirit Convergence" "Hanoi – Sacred and Graceful" "The Legend of Hoang Lang" "Linh Lang Dai Vuong – Echoing Prestige" "The Heroic Spirit of Vietnam" "The Eternal Echo of the Vietnamese Land" "Unbounded Love for Uncle Ho" "Remembering Hanoi" "Long Bien Radiant in the Dawn" …
