To further ensure the successful implementation of assigned tasks, the Chairwoman of the Hanoi Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee asked Tay Ho Ward to continue reviewing and strictly implementing all preparation tasks in a coordinated manner, ensuring they are carried out on schedule and within proper authority. Special attention should be paid to safeguarding voters' rights and ensuring citizens can fully exercise their voting rights.
She also urged the ward to strengthen visual communication activities and provide voters with clear information about the candidates. Authorities should closely monitor public opinion and develop appropriate response plans while continuing to implement coordinated measures to ensure security and public order before, during, and after Election Day.
Functional forces were asked to strengthen patrols and inspections and coordinate the deployment of security personnel at key locations, polling stations, and ballot storage sites to promptly handle any emerging situations.
Earlier, Mai and the delegation also inspected polling stations at Kim Dong Primary School in Giang Vo Ward and Phan Dinh Phung High School in Ba Dinh Ward.
