Hanoi consumers select pomelos for Tet displays.
The "Xuan Doan Vien" Consumer Product Exhibition for the 2026 Lunar New Year, organized by the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, will take place from February 9 to 13, 2026, at the Dong Anh Commune Cultural Center in Hanoi.
The event will feature more than 100 standard booths showcasing typical commercial products, OCOP items, handicrafts and traditional craft village products from Dong Anh and other localities.
Beyond offering a space to appreciate high-quality products with strong aesthetic value and environmental friendliness, closely linked to daily life and traditional Tet atmosphere, the exhibition also serves as an important platform to encourage creativity and support the development of new product designs across the city.
It is not only a place to introduce Tet consumer goods. It also honors traditional local products, sparks creativity and innovation in production and helps promote the image of Dong Anh to the public, visitors and domestic and international partners.
A key highlight of the exhibition is the strong participation of rural industrial producers and representative products from Dong Anh and other parts of the city.
All showcased products have been researched and refined in terms of design, appearance and environmental friendliness. Each item reflects skilled craftsmanship and tells a cultural story. Through form, color and material, the products convey local memories and vividly reflect the resilience and creativity of Vietnamese people.
The event will also feature distinctive cultural and traditional activities welcoming the 2026 Year of the Horse. A traditional spring market filled with local products will recreate the lively Tet atmosphere of northern rural villages, evoking familiar memories of hometown Tet celebrations.
The exhibition will be open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Dong Anh Cultural and Sports Center in Hanoi.
Beyond its cultural and social significance, the exhibition plays an important role in promoting local economic development. It helps expand markets for local products, create jobs and increase incomes for residents through product displays, trade connections and exchanges among artisans, businesses, distributors and consumers.
Set amid the vibrant colors of spring, the event is not only a gathering place for traditional product excellence. It also spreads local pride, strengthens confidence and inspires aspirations for sustainable development in Dong Anh in the new era.
