’Korea Night’ to be held

VGP - A program “Korea Night” on cooperation exchange between Viet Nam and the Republic of Korea will be held in Ha Noi on September 11.

The event is co-organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Viet Nam and the Korea Chamber of Business in Viet Nam (KORCHAM) on the occasion of World Economic Forum on ASEAN 2018 (WEF ASEAN 2018).

The event will provide a platform for the RoK and ASEAN business leaders and policymakers to share their experiences of successful economic cooperation between the RoK and Viet Nam and build connections to explore new business opportunities in the context of the fourth Industrial Revolution.

RoK ambassador to Viet Nam Kim Do-hyon said that the Korea Night will give an opportunity for the RoK and ASEAN business leaders and policymakers to share their experiences of successful economic cooperation between the Republic of Korea and Viet Nam, build connections and look for new methods of cooperation in accordance with the fourth Industrial Revolution.

The ‘Korea Night’ is held on the occasion of the 2018 World Economic Forum (WEF) on ASEAN and will draw the participation of Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-Wha; one of the six co-chairs of the Forum and Federation of Korean Industries Chairman Huh Chang-soo; Vietnamese Government officials; business leaders of the RoK and ASEAN; as well as WEF delegates.

The event is organized for the first time in Ha Noi and runs until September 13.
