Based on the plan for delegate allocation, on July 18, the Party Committee of Ung Hoa issued decisions to distribute the number of delegates for the first Party Congress of the 2025-2030 term.
A total of 165 delegates were assigned to subordinate Party organizations and grassroots-level branches.
With a serious and swift approach, preparations for the congress have been conducted professionally and in line with Party regulations. The process has ensured objectivity, transparency, and public participation.
On July 25, the Party Committee of Ung Hoa Commune issued four thematic resolutions focused on key development priorities.
These include accelerating digital transformation, improving administrative reform, strengthening land management in 2025 and beyond, and increasing the effectiveness of land clearance efforts for local development projects.

The chairwoman also recommended that the congress agenda be divided into two sessions – preparatory and official – to ensure all procedures are properly carried out.
Ha emphasized the importance of promoting the congress on digital platforms before, during, and after the event.
She warned that information sharing must be carefully managed to prevent the spread of misinformation by malicious actors.
