On February 27, Nguyen Trong Dong, member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Vice Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Head of the Steering Committee for Site Clearance of Investment Projects in Hanoi, inspected several metro station construction sites along the Kim Ma – Hanoi Station – Tran Hung Dao section.

The plan seeks to further enhance the effectiveness of state management and executive direction by sector and field for investment projects, ensuring close coordination among departments, agencies, wards and communes and timely and effective implementation of assigned tasks.

On January 27, at its 31st session, the Hanoi People's Council approved a resolution endorsing the initial investment policy for the project to renovate and enhance the West Lake area and lakeside scenic roads under a public-private partnership model using a build-transfer contract.

Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc said the city stands ready to coordinate and support Pacific Land Vietnam in resolving difficulties, accelerating progress and bringing the project into operation soon, offering a high-quality investment destination for domestic and international investors.

On January 26, Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, received and worked with a delegation of the Arab Business Council led by Bassam Tabajah, President of the Arab Business Council and Chairman and CEO of Freehand and TEGA.

On January 25, Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc said that promptly implementing key and urgent issues approved at the conference represents concrete action to realize the 18th Hanoi Party Congress Resolution, its action program and the spirit of the 14th National Party Congress.

Public investment disbursement in Hanoi reached nearly VND90 trillion ($3.4 billion) during 2025, or 107% of the plan, while total mobilized credit capital approached VND6.9 quadrillion ($262.6 billion), up 13%.
