In his speech at the reception, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh welcomed the Korean delegation and assessed that the presence of senior representatives from leading Korean enterprises demonstrated the desire of Korean businesses to invest and develop business in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park in particular, and Hanoi in general.

Overview of the meeting.
According to Chairman Tran Sy Thanh, Hanoi always welcomes and creates the best conditions for Korean enterprises seeking investment opportunities in the locality, including Hoa Lac High-Tech Park. However, he noted that at this stage, Korean businesses need to proactively familiarize themselves with the latest developments in Vietnamese regulations to ensure effective and legally compliant cooperation.
Sharing about the strengths and potential opportunities of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, Chairman Tran Sy Thanh also hoped that Korean enterprises could soon find feasible cooperation models that comply with Vietnamese law, gradually turning Hoa Lac High-Tech Park into a truly "livable" high-tech urban area with full social infrastructure, not just a pure industrial zone.
Referring to the model of Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIP) operating very effectively, Chairman Tran Sy Thanh also suggested that the Korean side consider the idea of cooperating to build a similar bilateral industrial park, affirming that the city supports and facilitates making this model a prototype for a new industrial park, opening a chain of industrial parks and a high-tech cooperation ecosystem between Korea and Vietnam in Hanoi.
