Based on the review of the implementation progress of Plan No. 02-KH/BCDTW by relevant agencies and units, the Hanoi People's Committee has assigned the Department of Science and Technology to take the lead in monitoring, urging, and consolidating the implementation status of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and Plan No. 02-KH/BCDTW.

The edpartment must coordinate with the Public Administrative Service Center and other relevant units to advise the Hanoi People's Committee on resolving obstacles and reporting progress. Specifically, daily reports on the progress of task implementation under the Plan must be submitted before 4:30 PM.
Weekly reports on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 71/NQ-CP, and related documents must be submitted by 4:00 PM every Friday.
The Hanoi Public Administrative Service Center is responsible for reviewing and proposing solutions to resolve difficulties in the task of digitizing 100 percent of valid administrative procedure results at the district level.
The Center must also coordinate technical troubleshooting, provide guidance to localities, consolidate challenges, and report to the Hanoi People's Committee.
People's Committees of wards and communes are required to fully implement all assigned tasks and promptly review and adjust their implementation when new requirements arise.
For the 85 wards and communes that had not completed their assigned tasks as of 6:00 PM on July 7, 2025, they must urgently meet all criteria as stipulated. They must update their results on the monitoring system at the address: https://nq57.vn, and will be held fully accountable for both the progress and quality of implementation.
