The purpose of this installation is to enable a large number of residents and tourists to watch the live broadcast of the commemorative ceremony and parade at multiple locations throughout Hanoi.

The plan also aims to create a joyful and festive atmosphere, inspire patriotism and national pride among citizens, and help reduce crowd congestion and traffic pressure in central areas, especially near Ba Dinh Square where the main event will take place.
Implementation Plan
LED Screens:The LED screen system will be installed at key locations, including along the parade routes and at gateway areas to the city, to serve people traveling from suburban districts to the inner city.
In total, the plan includes the installation of 14 LED screens at 11 sites along 3 parade routes, 7 screens at 6 gateway points of the capital, and 136 screens at public spaces assigned by local authorities. In addition, 127 existing LED screens managed by businesses across Hanoi will be mobilized to display promotional and communication content related to the event.
All LED screens must be fully installed by August 27, 2025. The operating period will run from August 28 through September 2, 2025. After the event concludes, the entire system will be dismantled and the original locations restored no later than September 4, 2025.
Public Loudspeakers:Loudspeakers will be rented solely for this event and are not required to be reused afterward. These speakers will broadcast content based on the official program, synchronously across the entire 10-kilometer parade route.
The route will be divided into 200 segments, each ranging from 30 to 50 meters, with 1 to 2 speakers per segment mounted on utility or lighting poles at heights between 3.5 and 4.5 meters, totaling approximately 400 speakers. The system will ensure uniform sound coverage across the route.
The loudspeaker system must be fully installed by August 20, 2025, and will operate officially on September 2, 2025. All equipment must be dismantled and the areas returned to their original condition by September 7, 2025.
The Hanoi People's Committee has assigned the Department of Culture and Sports as the lead coordinating agency. This department will collaborate with the Hanoi Radio and Television Station to develop the content schedule, monitor progress, inspect quality, and guide ward and commune-level authorities in local implementation.
The city has mandated that all equipment installations must meet technical, aesthetic, and safety standards. The system must ensure high-quality images and sound suitable for outdoor weather conditions while complying with information security, traffic safety, fire prevention, and environmental protection regulations.
All installation sites must be surveyed in advance to ensure they do not block traffic signs or disrupt the urban landscape. Screens must have appropriate brightness levels, and broadcast content must be rich, diverse, and aligned with the communication objectives of both the Central Government and the Hanoi municipal administration.
