According to Director of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature) Scientific and Cultural Activities Centre, Le Xuan Kieu, said the centre sprayed all areas of the relic sites with disinfectants to avoid the spread of the disease and ensure the good health of community.
On the day of reopening, the centre, in collaboration with UNESCO Hanoi Travel Club, provided visitors with free masks.
Today, visitors to the Thang Long Imperial Citadel were instructed on measures to prevent the spread of the disease.
Ngoc Son Temple relic site also reopened from 7am on February 6, attracting plenty visitors who might have planned to go previously when the relic was closed to be disinfected. Visitors at the temple were provided with free masks and disinfectant hand sanitizers.
In addition, many other tourist attractions as well as cultural and historical relic sites, such as Hoa Lo Prison and Quan Thanh Temple, in the capital city reopened today. All officials and employees of the sites are always ready to support and help visitors in any compacity they can.
