According to the plan, the Hanoi People’s Committee request Hanoi Promotion Center to be responsible agency.
The fair expects to attract 80 to 100 stalls of 50 to 70 units, including organizations and individuals offering OCOP products in Hanoi and several related cities and provinces; organizations and individual taking part in production chain in Hanoi and other provinces, which are certified by authorities in terms of organic production, high-tech application and food safety.
It will be organized in five days in October of November of 2019 at AEON MALL Long Bien (No. 27 Co Linh Street, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi).
The stalls will display farm products and processed farm products, aiming to promote the development of OCOP products, such as fruit (grapefruit, banana, guava and orange), vegetable (apparatus, mushroom, sweet potato and organic vegetable), livestock products (chicken, beef, duck and ostrich), rice, and processed products (sweets).
Enterprises applying to join the fair must show legal documents according to the regulation, including application form, legal business registration, certificates of product quality.
Priority is given to the enterprises which have excellent, organic and certified manufacturing process according to the law, as well as enterprises as member of Hanoi’s safe farm product website.
The fair will feature exhibition, introduction and selling of products, commercial exchange and activities to connect enterprises, workshops and conferences, culinary performances, introduction of OCOP products from districts and towns, and art performances.
