Accordingly, the conference themed "Multi-channel commerce - Link in the value chain towards sustainable development" is scheduled to take place from 14:00 to 17:00 on November 25, 2020 in Hanoi, with the participation of from 300 to 350 delegates.
The event aims to roll out coordination programs between Hanoi and provinces and cities nationwide in fields of trade and agriculture, and help Hanoi to increase supply of goods, meeting the city’s demand.
It is the opportunity for businesses, manufactures and distributors in Hanoi and other provinces to seek market information, while discussing measures to enhance connection in trading domestic goods, and learn about supply and demand of the market to map out production and business plans suitable to the situation and ensure the balance of supply and demand, especially in the context of the complicated development of the COVID-19 outbreak.
The event is expected to contribute to introducing farming produce of other provinces and cities throughout the country to the capital city’s consumers.
Regarding the matter, the municipal People’s Committee assigned Hanoi Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center to take responsibility for holding the conference and displaying products.
The municipal People’s Committee also urged provinces and cities to work with Hanoi’s Department of Industry and Trade, and the Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center to prepare for the event.
