According to the plan, until 2025, at least 80% of the city’s administrative procedures are qualified as online public services of stage 3 and 4; 100% of public procedures meet requirements on technical specification and the law to be provided at stage 4.
In addition, over 80% of public services at advanced stages of 3 and 4 are integrated into the national online services portal; the rate of people using online public services and administrative procedures on the electronic environment to reach at least 50% of total applications submitted.
The Hanoi People’s Committee requested the local authorities to continue simplifying administrative procedures to stay in line with the project of promoting database on citizens and e-authorization as part of the national digital transformation process in the 2022-2025 period, with a vision to 2030; improve and upgrade the online services portal and the one-stop-shop software to ensure utmost convenience for the people engaging in administrative procedures.
The authorities are expected to frequently seek public opinion over the quality of public services and performance of administrative units, seen as measures to further improve the operation of state apparatus.
