According to the document, the exhibition aims to support Hanoi’s enterprises in the field of supporting industries to enhance capabilities and take part in the global value chain in manufacturing and processing; improve efficiency in utilizing resources and energy; integrate in global economy; set up platforms for local enterprises to seek potential partners; promote trade; among others.
As the business community if facing difficulties due to the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as in the context of multinationals shifting production facilities out of China, the exhibition would also serve as an opportunity for local supporting industry companies to attract new investments.
At the exhibition, enterprises could look for new partnership from Vietnam and abroad; promote technology transfer towards modernization, higher productivity and greater efficiency in resources utilization, among others.
Hanoi People’s Committee gave its approval for the proposal of the Department of Industry and Trade regarding the organization of the international exhibition for Hanoi’s supporting industry products in 2020, scheduled to take place within three days.
The municipal Committee requested the Department and the Hanoi Promotion Agency to set up detailed plans for the exhibition, ensuring the efficient organization of the event.
Hanoi Promotion Agency would be responsible for inviting and receiving foreign exhibitors; promote trade and distribution of products at the exhibition.
