Under the document, the municipal People’s Committee requested departments, units and people’s committees at various levels to integrate the city’s public online services into the national public services portal.
Meanwhile, local authorities should continue to revise and propose new public online services to be integrated to the national public online services. Such move must ensure efficiency and convenience for users.
The city’s leaders ordered relevant agencies to timely receive and process administrative requests on the cyber-environment under their respective jurisdiction, preventing delay in the process.
The document also noted a necessity to enhance transparency and publicity of information, timely and accurate response from local agencies.
Hanoi People’s Committee requested the municipal Department of Information and Communications to take part in the process of realizing the government’s Decree No.45/2020/ND-CP dated April 8, 2020 on carrying out administrative procedures on the cyber environment, requesting the Department to report to the People’s Committee on May 31; set up plan to digitalize results of resolving administrative processes from now until May 31; provide plan to realize administrative procedures on the cyber-environment to promote use of online public services.
