Under the guidance, the Commission requested local authorities to provide information for press agencies regarding their plans and solutions to realize administrative reforms targets, including new models in Hanoi such as the pilot project of consulting office and providing public services at Long Bien district; ward merger following the resolution of the Standing Committee of National Assembly; the framework of Hanoi’s e-government, among others.
In 2020, the target is to ensure the fulfillment of bringing into full play the strength of the entire political system to achieve socio-economic development targets in plan 2015 - 2020.
Moreover, departments and units are tasked with promoting public online services at advanced stages of 3 and 4, as well as simplification of administrative procedures in fields under state administration with a focus on the adoption of code of conducts for public servants in Hanoi; building images of dedicated, professional and friendly public servants in Hanoi; improving the business and investment environments for the development of the business community.
The guidance requested press agencies in the city to accurately report on the process of administrative reforms in Hanoi, including close monitoring of the implementation process and strictly punishing cases of violations.
