Accordingly, Hanoi and Binh Duong agreed to exchange experience in the Party building work, especially in realizing directives, resolutions and latest documents of the Central level, aiming to build transparent, strong, streamlined and efficient political system in each locality.
Notably, the two sides will share experience in rolling out a pilot management project on urban administration and building smart city.
Both localities will support each other in training officials and staffs, especially those in charge of building, managing and operating e-government and smart city; applying information technology (IT) in state management, and providing online public services.
At the same time, the two localities agreed to exchange experience in renewing and improving the leadership and combativeness of the Party organization; strengthening communication and expanding effective mass mobilization models so as to create the consensus among local people and timely address difficulties and problems at grassroots, contributing to building streamlined, strong and transparent political systems.
Furthermore, Hanoi and Binh Duong will intensify exchange in administrative reform, construction and development of e-government, and personnel work.
The two sides will create optimal conditions for enterprises to seek investment and business opportunities in both localities while cooperating closely in carrying out preferential mechanisms and policies to attract investment, expand industrial parks, and manage hi-tech and commercial projects in the two localities.
The announcement underlined the need for both sides to continue boosting cooperation in developing typical agricultural production models, creating linkages between producing facilities and businesses, applying high technology in agricultural production, transferring technology, expanding the market for farm produce, ensuring food safety, conducting inspection of food safety to handle offenses as regulated, among others.
Besides, Hanoi and Binh Duong will strengthen exchange and cooperation in fields of education, health, culture, sports, tourism, science and technology, and construction, among others.
