Ngoc My-Thach Than craft village industrial cluster established in Quoc Oai District (11:28 22/10/2019)
The industrial cluster will cover 21 hectares. Its major function is to promote processing and production of wood products, garment, and other industries towards clean industry in line with the city’s industrial zone and cluster development plan until 2020, vision to 2030.
The industrial cluster aims at developing technical infrastructure in synchronous manner; expanding industrial cluster models towards modernity; helping small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative groups, production households and individuals in Ngoc My and Thach Than communes and surrounding areas to overcome environmental pollution, risk of fire in residential areas; and develop local craft villages.
The project costs VND438 billion (US$19 million).
Investors, organizations and individuals who pour their money into the industrial cluster will be entitled to investment incentives in accordance with the Investment Law, Decree No. 68/2017/ND-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government on management, development of industrial clusters and other legal documents.
