Accordingly, the two localities will intensify exchanges between Party Committees, People’s Councils, People’s Committees, Fatherland Front Committees and social - political organizations in building the strong Party and political system.
Both sides will continue boosting cooperation in building professional knowledge and skills for officials and civil servants; and learning each other’s experiences in IT application and development, and online public services.
Hanoi and Nam Dinh also will share experience in renewing and improving the combativeness of the Party organization; learning more about good examples of mass mobilization; grasping people thoughts and aspirations to create the consensus among officials, Party members and people to timely remove difficulties and problems at grassroots.
The announcement underlined the need for the two localities to work together in fields of urban planning and management, IT, e-government, administrative reform, improvement of investment and trade environment, land management and taxation, among others.
Notably, Hanoi and Nam Dinh will coordinate with other cities and provinces in the Red River Delta region in carrying out common missions, including industrial development in the Red River Delta to 2025, orientation to 2030; tourism development in the Red River Delta and Northeast Coast region to 2020, vision to 2030 while sharing experience in investment attraction and devising development policies.
Among tasks stated at the announcement included jointly organizing conferences and workshops to create favorable conditions for enterprises of Hanoi and Nam Dinh to seek cooperation and investment opportunities; calling on domestic and foreign investors to pour their money in Hanoi and Nam Dinh.
The Hanoi side will continue to introduce Nam Dinh's safe agricultural products in prestigious supermarkets and distributors in the capital city.
