Hanoi, Ba Ria - Vung Tau to boost stronger cooperation in various fields (11:49 31/07/2019)

HNP - The Hanoi Party Committee has recently issued Announcement No. 2089-TB/TU on conclusions at the conference between the Standing Commission of the Hanoi Party Committee and the Standing Commission of the Party Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. 

Accordingly, the two localities will enhance the cooperation to tap into each other’s potentials and advantages for their socio-economic development while intensifying exchanges in fields of their strengths for mutual development. 
Both sides will enhance sharing experiences between Party Committees, Fatherland Front Committees and social - political organizations of Hanoi and Ba Ria-Vung Tau in building the Party and political system, especially in realizing directives, resolution and latest documents of the Central level. 
Hanoi and Ba Ria-Vung Tau will boost stronger cooperation in providing professional knowledge and skills for officials and civil servants, especial those in remote areas while intensifying exchanges in information technology (IT) application and development, and public online services.
The two localities will learn from each other’s experiences in renewing and improving the leadership and combativeness of the Party; expanding good examples of mass mobilization; grasping people thoughts and aspirations to create the consensus among officials; timely removing difficulties and problems at grassroots; and building clean and strong authorities, Fatherland Front and social – political organizations.
The two sides will also share experiences in assessing the outcomes of implementing resolutions of the 12th National Party Congress, and local Party congresses; drafting all-level Party congress documents for the tenure of 2020-2025.
It is necessary for the two localities to tighten the cooperation in carrying out their planning work for the period of 2021-2030, vision to 2050 while enhancing exchanges in offering preferential mechanisms and policies for business development, improving investment environment and provincial competitiveness index (CPI). 
The announcement underlined the need for the two localities to reinforce the cooperation in promoting their potentials, advantages and investment opportunities; jointly organize investment and trade promotion activities; share experiences in elaborating investment attraction policies and list of projects calling for investment as well as offering measures to increase the efficiency of investment projects.
Through investment, trade and tourism promotion activities, Hanoi and Ba Ria-Vung Tau will call on Hanoi and foreign investors and enterprises to invest in the province.
