According to the statement, Hanoi and Quang Binh agree to take following actions:

- Cooperate comprehensively for further development, increase and bring their potentials and strengths into full play, build the transparent, strong and effective Party and political system, enhance social, economic development, ensure national defense and security;

- Increase information work and exchange in their advantaged fields to support each other for mutual development;

- Increase exchange and experience sharing in the field of building Party and political system, particularly in communicating and implementing resolutions, instructions and new documents of the Party’s Central Committee, thus contributing to building transparent, strong and effective Party and political systems; increase exchange and experience sharing in building and strengthening political system in urban area and rural area;

- Cooperate to exchange information and experiences in terms of investment attraction, especially  FDI projects, building urban planning and building investment portfolio; solution to improve efficiency of investment projects and supervise investment projects after licensing, and how to handle projects lagging behind schedule;

- Exchange information, help staff and experts of local agencies to improve their skills in terms of investment promotion and support;

- Increase exchange of experiences to develop high-tech agriculture models, organic farming models and other production models in the fields of cultivation, livestock and aquaculture, new-style rural area construction, land regrouping, and planning for boosting farm production with high efficiency;

- Promote cooperation and transfer of technological advances in the field of agriculture, cultivation, animal husbandry, aquaculture and forestry;

- Increase cooperation and trade promotion for farm products, support the connection between enterprises and cooperatives of Hanoi and Quang Binh in order to produce and consume Quang Binh products in Hanoi;

- Support Quang Binh province in expanding consumption market of local safe products, such as vegetable, fruit, sweet potato, honey, ginseng, beef, pork, chicken and sea food;

- Support each other in broadcasting their image and tourism in domestic and international events, on portals, websites and applications; connect tours and travel routes of Hanoi and Quang Binh; cooperate in training and improve human resources for tourism; provide necessary resources to maintain tourism cooperation and development program between Quang Binh Department of Tourism and Hanoi Department of Tourism and Quang Nam-Da Nang-Thua Thien Hue area in accordance with local conditions;

- Cooperate to increase management of transport, prevent illegal transport of passengers, strengthen discipline and order in the field of passengers transportation;

- Request more support of Hanoi culture and sport sector for Quang Binh culture and sport sector, particularly experience exchange in applying science and technology in management, preservation and promotion of heritage values for tourism development;

- Increase support and experience exchange in training professional athletes and sports movement, support Quang Binh professional athletes in training;

- Exchange and share experience in communicating, promoting intentional events in Hanoi;

- Exchange experience in state management in the field of IT, e-government, launching activities via website and e-library connection, management of press and Internet, fight against wrong, harmful information on social networks.
