Accordingly, the city will review and supplement preferential policies on developing craft villages and rural vocations to match the reality; outline programs, projects and schemes to support the development of craft villages and rural vocations.
Furthermore, the city will study more projects on managing and developing collective trademarks under the Program, especially intellectual property development. The city is working on the Program for improving productivity and quality of products and goods of Vietnam's enterprises for the period of 2010-2020 while tightening the management of production technology to reduce the use of outdated technologies causing environmental pollution, and disseminate environmentally friendly technology, waste treatment technology suitable for craft villages.
In terms of human resource training, Hanoi will provide vocational training to 15.615 rural workers. About 1,330 of them will get training in handicrafts under the industrial promotion program.
Besides, the city will focus on supporting enterprises and rural facilities in participating in domestic and foreign exhibitions to promote their products and develop the market; building websites for online sales; building trademarks, among others.
