Accordingly, carrying out Directive No. 04/CT-TTg dated February 20th, 2019 of the Prime Minister on synchronously taking urgent solutions to control the ASFV epidemic, the Municipal People’s Committee assigned Directors of Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Industry and Trade, Information and Communications, Finance, Planning and Investment, Transport, Health, Police, Market Management; Chair-people of People’s Committees of districts, towns, and relevant departments, sectors, agencies, basing their functions and missions, to proactively and strictly take measures as directed by the Prime Minister at the above-mentioned directive and Public Telegraph No. 08/CD-UBND dated February 22nd, 2019 of the Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is assigned to urge units to carry out their missions; give a report on implementing the PM’s directive to the Municipal People’s Committee before March 10th, 2019.

• On the same day, the Municipal People’s Committee Office released Official Letter No. 1701/VP-KT on taking measures to prevent risks and emergency response to the ASFV outbreak.

Earlier, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development released Report No. 54/BC-SNN dated February 20th, 2019 on carrying out measures to control the epidemic.

Regarding this matter, Standing Vice Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Van Suu assigned Departments of Industry and Trade, Information and Communications, Investment and Planning, Finance, Transport, Health, Police, Market Management; People’s Committees of districts, towns and relevant units, basing on their functions and missions, to join the implementation as regulated; report contents beyond the authority to the Municipal People’s Committee.
