Accordingly, on December 10th, 2018, the Department of Construction released Official Letter No. 11681/SXD-KTXD to the Municipal People’s Committee on reporting outcomes of the manufacture, trade of building materials in 2018 in Ha Noi.

Regarding the matter, the Municipal People’s Committee agreed with the report of the Department of Construction at the above document. Accordingly, the Municipal People’s Committee asked Chair-People of People’s Committee of Ha Dong, Hai Ba Trung, Cau Giay, Tay Ho, Ba Vi, Dan Phuong, Ung Hoa, Me Linh, Phuc Tho, Soc Son, Hoai Duc, Thach That, Thanh Oai, Thanh Tri, Dong Anh to jointly carry out Plan No. 63/KH-SXD dated August 20th, 2018 of the Construction Department on inspection of manufacturing and trading building materials in Ha Noi in 2018.

The Department of Construction will take prime responsibility and coordinate with Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Industry and Trade, Police, and People’s Committees of districts, towns to enhance the management and inspection of facilities manufacturing and trading building materials in the area; instruct units to complete procedures and timely report contents beyond its authority to the Municipal People’s Committee.

In case, facilities have not yet worked with specialized agencies, the Department of Construction in collaboration with People’s Committees of districts, towns will continue monitoring contents according to Plan No. 63/KH-SXD dated August 20th, 2018 as well as grant official documents to request facilities to strictly implement the plan; strictly handle violation cases (if any) as stipulated by laws and give a report on outcomes to the Municipal People’s Committee.
