The Departments will be responsible for making plans on inspection, giving professional guidance and assistance to districts, towns, and communes wards to launch specialized food safety inspections.
People’s Committees of districts, towns, communes, towns are assigned to cooperate with relevant departments to carry out specialized inspections.
The Department of Health will act as an advisor in making a pilot plan on specialized food safety inspections in the city; cooperate with departments, sectors, and relevant agencies to recommend the Municipal People’s Committee to carry out the plan in 30 districts, towns, and communes, wards, towns citywide; request the Inspectorate and subordinate units to instruct inspection skill and food safety regulations to staffs who are assigned to conduct specialized food safety inspections in districts, communes, wards, and towns.
