To effectively carry out cooperation programs and commitments at the conference, the Municipal People’s Committee requested relevant departments, sectors, units to well implement assigned missions.

The Department of Planning and Architecture will review and provide planning information to investors. The Department of Planning and Investment, Ha Noi Industrial and Export Processing Zones Authority will give instruction and assistance to investors, enterprises to carry out investment procedures. The Ha Noi Tourism, Trade, Investment Promotion Centre will act as lead agency to carry out Memorandums of Cooperation, signed contents at the conference.

Departments, sectors will jointly give relevant information, as a background for investors to make projects and early deploy investment procedures as regulated.

For projects which were handed over investment decisions or certificates of investment registration at the conference, the Department of Planning and Investment will be responsible for reviewing, completing relevant procedures (if any).

Departments, sectors, and agencies will take responsibility for carrying out the state management of investment projects; supporting investors to carry out administrative procedures, remove difficulties, challenges of contractors under the authority; reporting issues beyond the authority to the Municipal People’s Committee for consideration and settlement as regulated.

The Department of Planning and Investment and the Ha Noi Industrial and Export Processing Zones Authority will monitor projects, give reports to the Municipal People’s Committee every three months.

The Municipal People’s Committee asked relevant departments, sectors, agencies and units to strictly carry out the commitments, report difficulties and problems to the Municipal People’s Committee.
