Accordingly, in addition to information and communications work, the city will organize a wide range of activities, such as art performances, exhibitions, music performances, sport festivals at the Dong Da Cultural Park and other areas to celebrate great events of the Capital and the country associated with the 230th anniversary of the Ngoc Hoi – Dong Da victory.
Collectives, agencies, units, schools and people will offer incense at the temple to pay gratitude to Emperor Quang Trung; organize ceremonies to commemorate the victory.
In addition, a ceremony to mark the 230th anniversary of the Ngoc Hoi – Dong Da victory against the Chinese Qing invaders will be co-chaired by the Party Committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee and the Viet Nam Fatherland Front ‘s Chapter of Ha Noi.
Co-organized by the Department of Culture and Sports, and Dong Da District, the ceremony will take place from 6am to 9pm on February 9th, 2019 at the Dong Da Culture Park (No.4 Dang Tien Dong Street, Quang Trung Ward, Dong Da District).
The People’s Committee of Dong Da District is assigned to take prime responsibility and cooperate with the Department of Culture and Sports and relevant units to implement a plan on organizing activities to celebrate the victory.
The Department of Culture and Sports is responsible for making and implementing the plan on various activities to mark great events of the Capital and the country associated with the 230th anniversary of the Ngoc Hoi – Dong Da victory.
