Accordingly, the Municipal People’s Committee urged to enhance solutions to fulfill all targets, goals, and missions of Program No. 04-CTr/TU of the Municipal Party Committee; pay attention to effectively implement Directive No. 10-CT/TU dated July 9th, 2012 of the Ha Noi Party Committee on strengthening the Party’s leadership and creating strong developments of sports in Capital up to 2020; cooperate with the Department of Culture and Sports to prepare facilities, athletes for the 8th National Sports Festival 2018.

  
The Department of Investment and Planning is tasked to take prime responsibility and cooperate with departments, sectors: Finance, Culture and Sports, Education and Training, Tourism; and People’s Committees of districts, towns to mobilize resources to develop fields of culture, sports, education and training, tourism; give financial assistance to building, upgrading the network of schools;

It is necessary to coordinate with the People’s Committee of Hoan Kiem District and Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Architect and Planning, Education and Training, relevant units to propose mechanisms and land to build and expand a number of public schools in the district; improve the quality of teaching and studying to fulfill the target of building national standard schools according to Program 04-CTr/TU.

The Department of Construction will take prime responsibility and cooperate with relevant units to enhance inspection and urge to establish Management Boards of apartments, urban areas as regulated.

The Department of Culture and Sports will act as advisor in issuing regulations on organization and operation of village’s cultural houses so as to bring into full play cultural institutions at grassroots; make a report on implementing Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee’s 6th plenum on renewing the system of organization and management, increasing the quality and effectiveness of public service delivery units to the Municipal People’s Committee.

The Department of Tourism will collaborate with relevant units to mobilize more resources for tourism development; build tourist products featuring characteristics of Ha Noi; associate tourism development with preservation, promotion of values of historical, cultural relic sites in the city; enhance the development of traditional village tourism in combination with craft streets and ecotourism products, etc.
