Accordingly, the Municipal People’s Committee requested directors and heads of the city’s departments, sectors, Chair-people of People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns to strengthen the popularization and dissemination of laws among local people, officials, civil servants, and employees in the area.

People’s Committees of districts, towns are tasked to improve operational efficiency of social – political organizations in criminal prevention; take measures to improve the quality of models as well as the role of heads of residential areas in early detecting disputes so as to timely prevent illegal activities in the locality; proactively support funds, equipments, means, and facilities for police forces in the fight against crimes in the locality; create favorable conditions for offenders to reintegrate into the community.
