Accordingly, with the slogan “Cinema Integration and Sustainable Development”, the 5th Ha Noi International Film Festival will be held from October 27th to 31st in Ha Noi.

To well cooperate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the festival, the Municipal People’s Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to serve as an advisory agency in preparing for the upcoming festival. ; remind and report to the Municipal People’s Committee to ensure the progress and quality of activities as regulated; propose the Municipal People’s Committee a plan on organizing the Gala Dinner to welcome delegates, participants.

In addition, the Department of Culture and Sports is responsible for collaborating with relevant units and the Organizing Board to launch communication campaigns on contents of the festival; requesting Cultural Centers to provide cinemas managed by the city for film screenings within the framework of the Festival.

The Department of Transport in collaboration with the Department of Police will ensure traffic safety on routes and in areas where the festival takes place.

The Department of Construction will ensure environmental sanitation, install mobile toilets and promote street lighting systems at the festival venues.

The Department of Health will arrange staff and ambulances to be ready for emergency in the festival.

The Department of Information and Communications will strengthen the popularization of the festival on mass media.

 The Department of Police will make a plan on ensuring safety and security for domestic and international delegations; cooperate with the Department of Transport to manage traffic means at venues.

The Department of Fire Prevention and Fighting Police will make a plan on fire prevention and fighting in areas where events take place.

The People’s Committee of Hoan Kiem District will request subordinate units to coordinate with departments, sectors to ensure environmental sanitation, and safety for the festival, etc.
