Under the plan, for the 2021-2025 period, Hanoi will continue to increase the quality of public services at the city’s public agencies, so as to improve the level of citizen satisfaction with public services.
It is necessary to raise the sense of responsibility of officials and public servants in carrying out missions and solutions to increase the quality of public services, helping the city achieve the set goals of its socio-economic development by 2025.
Hanoi aims for its SIPAS to reach over 85% in 2023, and between 90%-95% two years later.
In an effort to fulfill the targets, departments, and district-level People’s Committees are requested to strengthen communication on the determination of the SIPAS among individuals and organizations.
The municipal People’s Committee assigned the city’s entities and localities to streamline administrative procedures and reduce processing time, and strictly implement regulations on implementation of the one-stop shop mechanism in settling administrative procedures.
