Only schools in Hanoi’s Ba Vi allowed to reopen on November 8 (12:31 08/11/2021)


HNP - The Hanoi People’s Committee on November 6 issued Official Letter No. 3908/UBND-KGVX on on the adjustment of some contents in Official Letter No. 3807/UBND-KGVX dated October 31, 2021.


Previously, on November 5, the municipal People’s Committee received Official Letter No. 3826/SGDĐT-CTTT of the municipal Department of Education and Training on the proposal to adjust the plan to allow students to come back to school in accordance with Official Letter No. 3807/UBND- KGVX dated October 31, 2021.
 
Regarding the matter, the municipal authorities agreed with the proposal of the municipal Department of Education and Training stated in Official Letter No. 3826/SGDDT-CTTT.
 
Under the document, all students in 29 districts and townships continue to study online. All preschool and educational institutions also remain closed.
 
Meanwhile, students of some grades in Ba Vi district will go to school from November 8. Specifically, in each commune or town which has not recorded any COVID-19 cases in the community in the past 14 days, the district's Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control selects one school to resume in-classroom teaching for students of grades 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12. 
 
Students in other grades in the district keep attending online schooling.
 
The municipal authorities assigned the Department of Education and Training to cooperate with the Department of Health to instruct People’s Committees of districts and townships to strictly implement pandemic prevention and control measures at education establishment in line with Document No. 3807/UBND-KGVX dated October 31, 2021, while making preparations to ensure absolute safety for student when they return to school.
