According to the report, in the first half of the year, the city’s sectors, levels have synchronously deployed all missions in the judicial work.
Notably, relevant agencies have paid special attention to reviewing administrative procedures and providing online public services at level 3, 4; especially, strengthening administrative reform to reduce time and cost for local residents.
To continue making positive changes, in the remaining months, the municipal People’s Committee will direct departments, sectors and localities to focus on carrying out 11 key missions, including: effectively implementing Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents in 2015, Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP of the Government, especially, newly-issued regulations, policies in the legislative work; preparing for contents of documents which will be submitted to the meeting sessions of the Municipal People’s Council; effectively carrying out plans on legal assistance to enterprises, especially small and medium-sized businesses.
Focusing on a plan on digitizing civil status dossiers and building online citizen database; strengthening the popularization of legal documents with a focus on fire prevention ad fighting; directing the building of new style rural areas; completing the cooperation mechanism between the Department of Justice and proceedings-conducting agencies to give information of criminal records, remission of criminal records; directing the settlement of problems in remission of criminal records.
The Municipal People’s Committee assigned the Department of Justice to carry out Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP of the Government on the one-stop-shop and inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanisms in settling administrative procedures; Decision No. 10/2018/QD-UBND of the Municipal People’s Committee on the one-stop-shop and inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanisms in providing public services in public non-business units, enterprises and cooperatives in Ha Noi; review, build and deploy more online public services at level 3, 4 in the judicial work.
