The city strives to make 100% of female reporters, propagandists and officials more knowledgeable about gender equality; setting up 14 new community communication groups to raise awareness of gender equality and legal matters among ethnic minority women in communes with a large number of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas of Hanoi.

Every year, communication teams will be trained in knowledge and skills to operate, manage and organize communication activities in the community; three communication campaigns on gender equality and legal knowledge for ethnic minority women in the above districts will be held;   62 trusted addresses in the community on domestic violence prevention will be enhanced; at the same time, 100% of female cadres of ethnic minorities at district and commune levels to be entitled to participate in training courses on capacity building.
