Accordingly, the Chairman of the municipal People's Committee requested the Directors, Heads of Departments, and branches in the city, Chairman of People's Committees of districts, towns and communes, wards, townships, units and enterprises in the city territory strictly follow the direction of the Prime Minister at Official Dispatch No. 792/CD-TTg dated 7 September 2022, instructions  of the national and city's administrations.

All units therefore, should urgently and actively complete the general inspection of karaoke service business establishments, bars, discos... in the area under their management; drastically and thoroughly handle all violations under the direction of the City People's Committee in Document No. 2645/UBND-NC dated August 16, 2022, enforcing law; direct the authorities to closely monitor establishments that have been temporarily suspended from operation for failing to meet  fire prevention and fighting criteria, in case business establishments deliberately put them into operation;   the Chairman of the District People's Committee and the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee would be requested to take strong measures in accordance with the law, and at the same time, answer to  the Chairman of the City People's Committee in case of fire prevention violation.

For business establishments during the repair period, the city would request business owners to cease operation in order to avoid unfortunate incidents that cause damage to people and property as in the past time.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the City Police to assume the prime responsibility for, and urge the units to implement, summarize the results, and report to the competent authorities according to regulations.
