Accordingly,  the Chairman of the City People's Committee will preside over the dialogue conference with organizations and individuals on administrative procedures in the field of land in the locality  at the Headquarters of the Hanoi People's Committee (12 Le Lai, Hoan Kiem) on October 28, 2022.

The  dialogue is aimed at  informing, propagating, and explaining the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws on administrative procedures and land management in the city; learning about the difficulties and problems of individuals and organizations in the implementation of administrative procedures in the land sector; promptly removing, settling and recommending to superiors for settlement of cases beyond their competence permission.

At the same time, through the Conference the city expects to improve the roles and responsibilities of the heads of agencies, units and civil servants in controlling administrative procedures, advising on the settlement of administrative procedures, contributing to improving the public administration reform index of the City.

Dialogue conferences are held in person and online at the   People's Committees of districts, towns.  If drect questions made at the Dialogue Conference cannot be answered immediately, the Chairman of the City People's Committee will assign specialized departments to respond in writing; regarding reflections and recommendations beyond their competence, the unit receives, summarizes and reports to the competent authorities for consideration and settlement.

The City People's Committee noted that the conference did not discuss issues related to complaints and denunciations in the settlement of administrative procedures in the land sector.

The City People's Committee assigns the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to be the focal point, to coordinate with relevant departments, agencies and units in receiving and synthesizing the reflections and recommendations of organizations and individuals, forwarding them to the Departments, departments, branches of the City and related units to process according to their competence to serve the Conference.

The Departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns in the City widely announce the content of this Plan on the City's web portal, the Department's website portal/website; at the same time, direct agencies, units, People's Committees of communes, wards and townships under their management to have appropriate forms of information so that organizations and individuals know and promptly send information about recommendations and proposals.
