Accordingly, the flower markets are scheduled to be held from January 22 to February 11.
The markets will display various types of flowers, ornamental plants, fruit trees, and handicraft products which are typical of the Tet holiday.
Regarding the matter, the municipal People’s Committee assigned The Hanoi Department of Transport to ensure traffic safety and order around the flower markets.
Meanwhile, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is tasked to ensure environmental sanitation for the duration of the markets.
District-level authorities are responsible for ensuring smooth flow of traffic, social security and order, environmental sanitation in the areas around the markets, while handling violation cases.
Local task forces are in charge of inspecting enforcement of COVID-19 prevention and control regulations in the localities, and punishing any violating cases.
