Accordingly, departments, sectors and district/township People’s Committees will continue raising the awareness on collective economy and cooperatives to create the consensus among all levels, sectors and public servants.
They will be well aware of role, importance, position and necessity of the collective economy as well as its innovations and development in the time to come.
Additionally, all levels and sectors are responsible for realizing guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and State for development of collective economy and cooperatives, namely, Law on Cooperatives 2012, Directive No. 19/CT-TTg dated July 24, 2015 of the Prime Minister on enhancing enforcement of the Cooperative Law, and guiding documents of the Central level and the city.
The Municipal People’s Committee also underlined the need to strengthen the communication to raise the awareness on new-style cooperatives; and improve the capacity of public servants in charge of managing collective economy and cooperatives.
Furthermore, the Hanoi Cooperative Alliance will continue playing an important role in developing collective economy and cooperatives; collaborating with departments, sectors and district/township People’s Committees to promote the development of collective economy and cooperatives; and taking solutions to support the development of collective economy and cooperatives.
The Municipal Cooperative Alliance, departments, sectors and district/township People’s Committee are assigned to speed up the implementation of programs and plans on supporting cooperatives, especially Plan No. 192/KH-UBND dated October 4, 2018 of the Municipal People’s Committee; create favorable conditions for cooperative groups and alliances to participate in trade promotion programs, fairs and exhibitions to introduce their products to consumers, among others.
