HNP - On March 23, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 101/KH-UBND on the organization of external information activities in 2023 for the promotion of socio-economic development.

HNP - On March 10, Deputy Chairman of the Hanoi Municipal People's Committee Le Hong Son signed and promulgated Plan No. 80/KH-UBND on the Prevention and Control of Tobacco Harm in Hanoi in 2023-2024.

HNP - On March 10, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 79/KH-UBND to develop tourism in Hanoi in 2023.
