Deputy mayor Chu Xuan Dung inspects organization of the 10th-grade entrance exam in Dong Anh, Soc Son and Me Linh districts (20:00 13/06/2021)

HNP - A working teams led by Chu Xuan Dung, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee  and Head of the municipal Steering Committee for high school entrance exam, on June 12 inspected the organization of the 10th-grade entrance exam in the 2021-2022 school year at three contest venues, including  the Nguyen Khe Secondary School (Dong Anh district), the Soc Son High School (Soc Son district) and the Tien Phong High School (Me Linh district).

According to Vice Chairman of the Dong Anh district People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Tam, who is also the head of the district’s steering committee for the high school entrance exam, the locality has 10 contest venues totaling 189 rooms with nearly 4,500  students.
As the  pandemic has became more complicated over the past days, the local authorities have made utmost effort to prepare the best conditions for the exam.
In addition, special attention has been paid to strengthening communication on preventive measures among students and their parents so that they could keep themselves safe from coronavirus.
In an effort to ensure safety for the exam, all officials and teachers in charge of monitoring the exams get tested for COVID-19 and all obtained negative results.
Stringent preventive measures against COVID-19 are put in place in all contest venues so as to ensure safety for students during examinations.
The Nguyen Khe Secondary School, one of ten contest venues in Dong Anh district, has 16 rooms and 371 candidates.
Coping with the development of the pandemic, the venue has made thorough preparations and enforced tough measures against the pandemic to ensure the success of the exam.
The Soc Son High School, a contest venue in Soc Son district, has 18 rooms with 432 students.
