Vice Secretary of Party Committee of Hanoi Public Agencies Block Phung Khai Loi said in the 2015 - 2020 term, the Party Committee had efficiently implemented three programs and nine projects, realizing all the targets and contributing to Hanoi’s socio-economic, cultural and political development.
In the first six months of 2020, the Party Committee has actively participated in the city’s efforts against the Covid-19 pandemic. This has resulted in Hanoi’s economic growth rate much higher than the nation’s average, while financial support for people affected by the pandemic has been timely delivered.
Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee Vuong Dinh Hue congratulated achievements of the Party Committee of Hanoi Public Agencies Block in the past term, saying they are key factors for the development of Hanoi.
Hue requested the Party Committee to continue improving and setting an example for other to follow.
Hue noted the necessity to enhance the leadership of the Party in administrative reform in public apparatus in Hanoi, especially administrative procedures and streamlining organization of local agencies, while putting up efforts to improve the ranking of the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS), the Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI), as well as the business environment.
Hue expected this would help ensure rapid and sustainable development of Hanoi in the coming time.
