Hanoi mayor visits policy beneficiary families (11:46 27/07/2020)

HNP - On the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the Vietnam Wounded and Fallen Soldiers’ Day (July 27, 1947-2020), on behalf of Hanoi’s leaders, member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung, visited and delivered gifts to outstanding policy beneficiary families in Cau Giay district on July 26. 

Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung presents a gift to Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Huong, Hero of the People's Armed Forces.

Visiting the family of Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Huong, Hero of the People's Armed Forces, Chairman Chung expressed gratitude to Huong’s great contribution to the national revolution. 
Chung wished Huong full health and happiness, and hoped that he would continue encouraging his relatives to abide by policies and laws of the Party and State as well as making further contribution to the city’s development. 
The Hanoi mayor also visited and presented a gift to Assoc.Prof. Dr. Ha Huy Thong, a war invalid, in Nghia Tan ward. 
Chung expressed his gratitude for Thong’s sacrifice and service during the cause of national liberation, construction and defense, while wishing him full health and happiness. 
On the occasion, Chung asked the city’s departments and agencies, and Cau Giay district to pay more attention to taking care of the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, families of fallen soldiers and others. 
Expressing their thanks to the municipal authorities for their attention, the families pledged to continue making more effort to build the city.
