Hanoi Youth Union launches programs “4:30 a.m challenge” (22:10 14/10/2019)


HNP - Hanoi Youth Union along with its 500  members launched the “4.30 a.m challenge” at the walking street at  Hoan Kiem lake on October 12.

At the launch, Hanoi Youth Union members learned about the importance of getting enough sleep, as well as issues related to the lack of sleep. 
 
Additionally, two founders of “4.30 a.m” initiative shared ways to create good behavior and information regarding the “4.30 a.m challenge”.
 
After the launching ceremony, over 500 members of Hanoi Youth Union took part in a marathon along with with IronMan Tran Dinh Minh Anh, singer Duy Khoa, among others around Hoan Kiem Lake, with the starting point being the Statue “Death for the Survival of the Fatherland”.
 
The “4.30 a.m challenge” is a program supporting participants acquiring  good behavior, starting with getting up early and training other healthy habits. 
 
The program provides different challenges, and  those who complete challenges would be awarded  book. After two and a half years and four phases, there were over 10,000 participants joining the program. 
 
The “4.30 a.m challenge” helps people understand the importance of getting enough sleep, getting up early and other good behaviors, including running, reading, and good nutrition. 
 
In this fourth phase of the challenge, the program was advised by doctor Vu Phi Yen in psychology, doctor Le Thanh Tan in sleep, doctor Van Thuy Duong in nutrition, experts from Alpha Books in reading and IronMan Tran Dinh Minh Anh in running. 
 
The challenge would take place in six months from August 2019 to January 2020, divided into three parts: starting up, exercising, and maintaining good behaviors, aiming to bring long-term benefits for all who  join.
