Hanoi promotes trade and commerce in supporting industries (16:17 12/10/2019)


HNP - Hanoi Promotion Agency (HPI) in collaboration with Hanoi Supporting Industries Business Association (HANSIBA) and Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center (VEFAC) held a trade promotion event between Vietnamese and foreign enterprises on October 9.

The event is part of the 28th International Trade Fair of Industrial Goods.
 
With growing trend of cooperation for mutual development and benefits in each value chain, such event would serve as bridge for Vietnamese enterprises connecting with foreign partners for business expansion. 
 
Hanoi set target to have 900 firms operating in supporting industries by 2020, including 400 joining production value chain of international standards. Therefore, to achieve these targets, each enterprise is expected to put more effort in enhancing cooperation, exchanging experience and transferring technologies, among others, aiming to enhance capabilities and product qualities. 
 
At the event, enterprises were provided with information and have an opportunity to look for suitable partners for cooperation and developing products in fields of supporting industries. Additionally, enterprises operating in fields of finance and technology could seek cooperation opportunities with industrial enterprises in applying IT, solving difficulties in accessing capital and getting quality human resources. 
 
Representative of HANSIBA introduced main activities of the organization in supporting members promoting trades with domestic and foreign enterprises; helping enterprises seeking funds and training human resources, among others. At the same time, HANSIBA expected to receive more supports from enterprises in supporting industries to promote the development of HANSIBA.
