Comprehensive execution of the Party building work
The Municipal Party Committee has strengthened the implementation of Resolution of the Party Central Committee’s 4th plenum (11th and 12th tenure) associated with Directive 05 of the Politburo while disseminating directives, resolutions of the Central, especially Regulation No. 08-QĐi/TW dated October 25, 2018 of the Party Central Committee on the responsibility for setting examples of officials and Party members, firstly members of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Party Central Committee.
Furthermore, the Municipal Party Committee has also instructed the implementation of Directive 15 in association with Resolution 15 of the Standing Board of the Municipal Party Committee; requested all-level Party Committees to review and thoroughly handle complaints and denunciations; established working teams to thoroughly study and outline measures, mechanisms and policies; and hosted receptions for citizens coming to file complaints to address burning issues in the city.
Regarding regular missions of building the Party and the political system, in the first quarter of the year, the Municipal Party Committee has conducted the personnel work in agencies, units and localities.
Focusing on land clearance
Giving feedback on the outcomes of the socio-economic development, ensuring national defense – security and the Party building work in the first quarter, delegates agreed that the Municipal Party Committee and the People’s Committee have actively guided the implementation of the tasks, notably maintaining political security, social order and safety, and social welfare.
Speaking at the session, Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung explained some delegates’ concerns.
Stressing major missions, Chairman Chung asked Secretaries of district/township Party Committees to focus on preventing African swine fever from spreading in the city; enhancing land clearance for projects approved by the Municipal People’s Council; reviewing and streamling administrative procedures and striving to provide 1,922 online public services at stages 3 and 4, among others.
