Major reason for the fall is a reduction in prices of some commodities groups compared to the previous month.
Particularly, costs of restaurants and services experienced a decline of 1.31%. The groups of culture, entertainment and tourism services; garments and footwear; and household equipment and utensils prices dropped by 0.3%, 0.17% and 0.11% respectively.
Meanwhile, month-on-month increases were seen in groups of housing and construction materials (up 0.6%), transport (2.19%), education (0.01%); other goods and services (0.1%), medicine and healthcare services (0.13%), and beverage and cigarette (0.04%).
In March, gold price decreased by 0.08% and USD increased by 0.03% compared to the previous month.
